Talking POWDERQUEST NEWS June15th

Galera,

Olha o report que recebi desses caras:

"The coldest May on record, followed by a series of large Pacific storms dropping up to 8 feet of snow this week in Chile and Argentina has helped launch the start of the 2007 season in the Andes!

As Termas de Chillan, Corralco, and Valle Nevado cranked up operations today, Catedral outside of Bariloche, Argentina opens tomorrow after digging out of 65 inches. Portillo, reporting the most accumulation of over 100 inches, plans to open next weekend, along with Las Lenas, Chapelco and Cerro Bayo.

I personally rode the driest and deepest snow I have experienced in my 9 years skiing Pucon, Chile. I measured 70 inches in the trees just above the lower parking lot, while the alpine, with its amazing view of the smoking volcanic crater, pushed over 90 inches. Sections of Chair 5 were completely buried!"

Quem disse que a esse ano ia ser MÉDIO?

SDS,
André
